What we cannot help with

We cannot take a booking, move a date, cancel a reservation or issue a refund. None of those are ours to touch. Every cruise on this site is sold on the marketplaces and operated by Loch Ness by Jacobite, and your reservation sits with them from the moment you pay.

So if your question is about a booking you have already made, the quickest route is the confirmation email you were sent. It carries your reference number, the boarding time, the exact pier and a message button that reaches the people actually running your boat. On a same-day question that beats us every time, and on a weather call it is the only channel that can answer, because only the skipper and the operator make that decision, and on an exposed Highland loch a high-wind day can force it.

Two details on that confirmation are worth checking twice before you email anyone. The pier, because Jacobite sails from Clansman Harbour on the A82 (about nine miles from Inverness) and from Dochgarroch Lock on the canal (four to five miles out), with some coach trips leaving Inverness itself, and turning up at the wrong one costs you the sailing. And the boarding time, because boarding closes before departure, so twenty to thirty minutes early is the plan.

Still deciding which cruise? The homepage lays the Loch Ness sailings side by side, and the FAQ covers how these listings are chosen and where the figures come from.
